We offer gourmet charcuterie boards with our specialty meats,seafood and fine cheeses that can accommodate gatherings of any size. Our harvest boards are artfully curated from start to finish. Each and every one of our high quality items are exceptionally sourced, giving your guests an experience they will remember. We will include seasonal fruit, vegetables and a custom color palette to perfectly suit your occasion.
These boards can include anything from wild-caught Alaskan cold smoked lox and creamy seafood dips, to free-range bison sausages, turkey and lamb pastramis, baked crackers, cheeses from around the world and flavors that keep the palate wanting more. We provide additional offerings if you’d like to take your board to the next level like caviar, bison tartare and seafood towers on ice.
