Overview At Beck & Bulow, we prioritize delivering your premium, ranch-raised meats fresh and frozen. All shipping and pickup options are selected at checkout. Shipping Rates & Minimums

• Minimum to Ship: $100 order subtotal required for nationwide shipping. Orders below $100 are ineligible unless arranged for local pickup or delivery (see below).
• $100 – $249.99: $49 shipping (Cold-Pack Shipping — Standard)
• $250 – $324.99: $25 shipping (Cold-Pack Shipping — Discounted)
• $325 and above: Free shipping (Cold-Pack Shipping — Free)

Hawaii & Puerto Rico (Limited Availability):

• Minimum to Ship: $100 order subtotal required for nationwide shipping.
• $100 on orders $100 – $249
• $75 on orders $250 – $324
• $50 on orders $325+

Rates apply to the 48 contiguous United States. Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or international shipping is limited—call 505-428-6827 for options and custom rates.

Shipping Methods & Packaging

• Orders ship via UPS (FedEx used in select cases) with no additional packaging fees.
• Perishable items are packed guaranteed frozen in a high-performance insulated cooler box with precisely calculated dry ice, ice packs, and thermal layers. The reusable cooler maintains temperature for up to 7 days.
• Expedited delivery (2-day or overnight) may appear at checkout depending on location and order size (additional fees apply).

Shipping Timeline

• Orders placed by Sunday at 5:00 PM MST typically ship Monday or Tuesday to avoid weekend delays.
• Most orders arrive in 2–3 business days from shipment.
• Delivery estimates are based on carrier schedules and may vary due to weather, holidays, or other factors beyond our control.

Local Pickup & Delivery

• Free in-store pickup available at: 1934 Cerrillos Road, Santa Fe, NM 87505 (Available within 24-48 hours - same day pickup available).
• Business Hours: Monday–Saturday 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM | Sunday 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Shipping Protection Optional Shipping Protection (via Navidium) is available at checkout for a small fee. It covers lost, damaged, or stolen orders with expedited replacements. We stand behind our packaging, but this adds extra peace of mind.
