Overview At Beck & Bulow, we process and ship orders quickly to deliver the freshest possible ranch-raised meats. Due to the perishable nature of our products, our cancellation and return policies are designed with food safety and quality in mind. Order Cancellations
- Cancellation Window: You may cancel an order at no charge before it ships. Once processing begins and a shipping label is created (you’ll receive a confirmation email or see the update in your account), cancellation is no longer possible.

- Processing Time: We typically ship orders Monday or Tuesday (for orders placed by Sunday 5:00 PM MST). Requests received before shipment will be confirmed via email.
- Refunds for Canceled Orders: If payment has been processed, we’ll refund the full amount (including any shipping fees paid) to your original payment method within 7–10 business days of approval.
No Returns on Perishable Goods Due to food safety regulations and the perishable nature of our meat products, we do not accept returns once an order has shipped. This ensures quality and prevents risk to other customers.
Handling Issues with Your Order If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or unsatisfactory:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery at orders@beckandbulow.com or 505-428-6827.
- Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if possible.
- We’ll review each case promptly. If the issue is due to our error (e.g., wrong items, damage during transit), we may:
- Send a replacement (subject to availability) at no extra cost, or
- Issue a full or partial refund to your original payment method (processed within 7–10 business days).
- Decisions are final after review. We cannot guarantee resolutions for issues reported after 7 days or caused by improper storage/handling after delivery.
Subscriptions
- You may cancel or pause future subscription deliveries anytime via your account or by contacting us.
- Already-processed or shipped subscription orders follow the same cancellation and return rules above.
