Shipping FAQ
- It says "shipping not available" to my address. What do I Do? Make sure you have enough products in your cart to meet the $100 minimum, and then shipping will become an option.
- Where do you ship to? All addresses within the 48 continental United States qualify for shipping. Limited shipping options available to AK/HI – call for availability.
- How can I get free shipping? Orders over $250.00 qualify for free shipping! New Customers that spend $125 or more can get free shipping using the discount code NEWCUSTOMER.
- How is the meat packed for shipping? Our orders are shipped in the highest standard, insulated biodegradable Green Cell Technology coolers. A carefully calculated amount of dry ice, ice packs and thermal wrapping are also included.
- Why do you have a $100 minimum for shipping? The shipping minimum is in place so that we can provide the lowest cost shipping options to our customers. Also since we use a number of materials when shipping, this reduces the carbon footprint for each order.
- What days do you ship? Due to the perishable nature of our products, orders are shipped at the beginning of each week (Mondays & Tuesdays). Once shipped, orders will arrive in 1-3 days depending on your chosen method.
- What carrier do you use? Depending on location and season, orders are shipped via FedEx or UPS.
- Can I expedite my order? Expedited shipping is available for an extra fee.
Local Pickup FAQ
- How Do I Choose Pickup? This is an option at the checkout screen.
- Where do I pickup my order? Local orders of any dollar amount are able to be picked up at our location in Santa Fe at no charge. Our address is 1934 Cerrillos Road, Santa Fe NM.
- When will my order be ready? Orders are typically ready for pickup within 24-48 hours. If you need your order scheduled for a specific time / date, give us a call and we'll do our best to accommodate.
- Is my order fresh or frozen on pickup? Orders will be frozen, unless otherwise specified.
